Default Replaced ignition rotor, now problems

Well i finally decided to replace my ignition rotor i've had the stock one for like 74,000 miles now. I was hoping that my old rotor was really bad so that would explain the poor performance my car has had. After alot of tugging I put a new one in. I start my car, and it wouldn't turn over so I open the cap up wiggled a couple of wires and put it all back and tried again. It started But the car was bogging alot, i took it down the street and it felt like it was gonna turn off. I opened the hood and i smelled somthing burning possibly the WD-40 i sprayed trying to remove the old rotor i only put a little though just to loosen it up.

So Now im trying to figure why's its bogging way more now ? I have a MSD CAP and Blaster2 Coil. Can anyone point something i should be lookin for ?

yea i'll check the timing as soon as i get access to a timing light. The Cap is about a year old. I'm thinking possible Distibutor wires since my friend accidently cut them when he was looking for a Tach signal. i'll double check those plugs. The rotor is new so i doubt its that

Thanx
