Default Can changing cap and rotor mess the timing up?

Title says it all, cept the rotor was keyed, like a D, so it could only go in like the old one went out, can changing the rotor mess up the timing of the car? The car wont start, but has spark right now, so im guessing it isnt gettin it @ the right time

no it will not effect the timing belt if you change the rotor. If it is getting a spark and it will not start you are not getting fuel there is some what a fuel delivery problem.
If you have any questions just im me
