Hey guys I'm new and I recently put in a jdm b18c into my 93 dx hatch and all of a sudden the car won't start. All of the electronics come on and the fans work but it won't even crank. The only way to get the car started is by jumping it but the battery isn't dead it checks out all 12 volts. The alternator is good because nothing dies when I start driving. My guess is its either the starter or some kind of electrical issue. Any words of advice would be great

 

Is the starter clicking ?

 

now i replaced the battery and the car started and drove fine for about 2 days. now all of a sudden the car died on me today when i tried to drive it. i can jump it but after about a couple minutes the car dies. the headlights dont come on the speedometer doesnt work. could it be the alternator now?

 

check all your ground wires?

 

Sounds like altenator
