Default 10psi pulley on a GSR

Is this safe to run 10psi w/ a JRSC and stock internals, no injectors?

I wouldn't do it w/o a new fuel system, and tuning.

I would suggest the Zip's SMC controller and some 450cc Injectors.

Im actually lookin at buying this car. So if I get injectors Ill be ok? If anyone can run the vin that would be really helpfull. JH4DC239XYS006028
