Default Drive Belt replacement

What's up guys.
I have a 1999 Accord EX 4 Doors and it has 307k mile on it. Just want to let you know, I am going to have a major work on my car. I have not taken care the car seriously, but i have been changing the oil every 3 months. So yeah, at least I did that part lol. Now, I would like to take this more into detail, I just did an Inspection regarding the condition of my car. What i have found:

1. Drive Belt cracked (need to be replaced).
2. Transmission oil is below the LOW level (almost gone to be honest). I never taking care of this.
3. Brake fluid needs to be added.
4. Leak on steering fluid.

I know it's a lot, but if anyone of you have the same experienced i really need the information how to do those jobs. I need the part name, how and where to find it? Is there any good deals?
I really appreciate you guys.

Thanks and God bless you!

To do list for your Accord:

Trans flush or fluid change
Timing belt/waterpump and all drive belts
Check air filter and cabin filter
Follow steering lines/rack for leak and fix
Check brakes (they probably need to be replaced)
Rotor/cap/plugs and wires

Unless your brake system has a leak, which would be disastrous to say the least, when the fluid gets low it's time to change your brake pads. You should never have to add fluid.
