05 Accord EX 4dr i4
I am the original owner and do all my maintenance. Changed oil/filter every 3k. Every year when I pay for registration I change out all the fluids, power steering, coolant, transmission, brakes and bleed them. Used Honda fluids. I have had zero problems with my Accord. I also got over 70k miles on the factory Michelin tires. With 102k miles I recently just changed out my serpentine belt. Bought it at NAPA and they said it's as good as the oem. Should I take their word for it or should I get the real oem part fm Honda?

That's pretty ****. I haven't heard of anyone else that changes the power steering fluid yearly.
A NAPA serpentine belt should be equivalent but you will always wonder.
Since you won't have a restful night until this gets fixed you need to order a Honda belt now.

Unfortunately I am ****. I just like to have fresh fluids in my car. I will order a belt now so I could sleep tonight. I would hate for that NAPA belt to break on my way to work. Thanks for caring and giving me your kind opinion.

I bought a NAPA belt for my old Accord (Gatorback maybe?). I could never stop the belt from slipping the first couple of times the rpms went up in the morning. I adjusted the belt exactly like the shop manual said, and was reluctant to tighten it much more, thinking that could damage a pulley or bearing. Maybe they work better, with today's auto-tensioners.
