Icon2 Immobilizer brake code help

So I had to use the immobilizer brake code to get my 07 civic to the dealership to program new keys. They now say they got the keys programmed but it is stuck in programming mode or something because I used the brake code to get it there. They had no idea what I did and have never heard about it before. Anyone familiar with this and know what needs to be done next? Thanks

Whaaaa??? The DEALER didn't know what the brake code was? You need to use a different dealer! It should fix itself after a while, but if not, pull the backup fuse for a couple minutes or disconnect the battery and touch the cable together for several seconds.

edit: By "a while" I mean around 10 minutes. Also, if your battery is weak, the immobilizer can freak out.
