Default 94 Accord Black Smoke Fix Maybe?

I'm a new member, I posted a couple days ago about some black smoke issues upon acceleration. Since I'm determined to fix this issue, I just thought I'd start a thread to document my findings. Hopefully it will help someone in the future. I've been searching and there are tons of threads about black smoke and running rich, but I can't find any that post the solutions to the problem.

So today, since I just got the car less than a week ago, I went to the auto parts store and picked up:
Seafoam
Distributor Cap & Rotor
Spark Plugs, NGK ix Iridiums
Spark Plug Wireset
Fuel Filter
Valve Cover Gasket Set.

First I'll do the Seafoam, then install everything else. I don't have a check engine light, so I'm thinking my 02 sensors are good. If the problem is still there after all of this, I'll suspect a leaky injector.

Ps. I'm assuming the F22b2's have two oxygen sensors? One before the cat and one after. Is that correct?

just an information, My civic d16y8 was having some smoke black and the exhaust was black all the times... running good, something hesitate and backfire between 2 and 3k rpm...

no check engine light...

after a year changing fuel pump, distributor, spark plug, spark wires, nothing work...

changed the oxygen sensor and problem fixed...

and now my exhaust is brown again... no more hesitate or backfire...

Thanks for the insight.. What oxygen sensor did you get? I know it's not a good idea to get a universal, but I don't know wether to go with Bosch or Denso.
