Default Gauge cluster/ hazards not working

I've been putting what started as a rolling shell together and I have everything working besides the tach, speedometer, temp gauge, and hazards. I also get no check engine light when the key is first turned to the on position. Car is a eg hatch with a b16a. Cluster is for an automatic but i have been told that it doesn't matter. I have read in other threads that the cluster will not function unless the hazard switch is plugged in. The switch is plugged in but when I try to turn them on all I get is one click out of the relay and nothing from the lights. All of the blinkers work. I have replaced fuse #15 and fuse #19. I hate to post a thread but I am out of ideas, any ideas or input would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like a grounding issue.

Hazard lights - check 10A hood fuse 43.

And as grumble said, check the G201/G401 grounds.

Dead battery definitely is not the problem, Hood fuse 43 is good, I cleaned the contacts on g201/401 grounds the other day. This thing has me stumped, are there any other grounds I may have missed?

Unplug the hazard lights switch. Test whether the Wht/Grn wire in the unplugged connector has battery voltage to body ground.

Why/grn has no voltage, only wire on the plug that does is the yellow one. Also just figured out the blinkers don't work unless the switch is plugged in

Voltage test the 10A hazards lights fuse 43 in the hood fuse box. Click the Test Fuses link in my signature.

The Wht/Grn wire is broken somewhere between the hood fuse box and hazard switch plug. Find wire break and repair or run a new wire.

Alright thanks a lot
Also didn't look into what these fuses do besides #19 but there is no voltage at fuses 9, 10, 18, 19, 21 and 22

Except for fuse 18, these^ fuses (headlights and taillights) must be voltage tested with the light switch turned on.

Fuse 18 is voltage tested with the key in ON(III).

Hello, I am having a simular problem. I changed my instrumemt and radio harmess on my 93 del sol. It's a manual trans .the harness is for an automatic. Well, it all was fine after the install. A week later my hazzards in the back wouldn't blink and my gas gauge drops to empty when I start the car. I HAVE FILLED THE TANK and meter says full but when I start the car it drops to empty. I put on my hazzards with the car on or off and my gas gauge drops to pty. CRAZY RITE?
