Default junkyard finds

i have a sedan. what should i look for when i go to the junkyard. i want to get brakes and suspension parts off of other cars and put them on mine. what should i look for.

some examples are idk guessing here
teg 4wheel disk setup
prelude master cylinder & booster
cb7 swaybars
90 accord lca's if there longer

what? no. upgrades? you can use integra brakes all around. if you don't adjust camber the front knuckles will rub on your springs, speaking from experience. you can use the prelude 15/16ths master cylinder on your civic, it bolts to the stock booster, however you might be able to use the prelude bb. i know the integra bb and mc swap into the civic no problem. use a 4040 prop valve for the brake swap. accords have different styles of suspension from civics. accord lca's will not fit afaik. you can adapt a stock si rear sway bar on to tighten up the back if you want.

i had a 90 sedan, dc integra seats were ALMOST a direct fit. had to mod the stock rails up front, cut new tab holes for the bottom rear, and i ended up taking the fabric from the outside edges and swapping it onto the stock sedan foam for the upper outer edge parts on the back seat.

great reply thanks a lot lets get some more just like it. itr 5 lug setup 1000$ prelude set 250$ why shouldnt i unbolt it and take it home.

Probably things you want or need. This is probably one of the worst threads I've seen on Honda-Tech.

Do you need to be told that you should eat food and drink liquids as well?

im constatly looking for the si bumper the one with the wide mouth and i got 89 accord mirrors because there more square i think they go better with it

40/40 prop valve would benefit u greatly since u have the da rear disc already.

I found that once and me and one of the boys working there smokd it while tearing apart hondas so we both could get parts we needed.
