Default Rear Disk Swap with Prelude Master Cylinder Swap?

Alright Im really focusing on the suspension/handling/braking of the hatch, and I saw on Driven's website that he did the '89 Prelude Mastercylinder swap on his ef. The main thing I want to make sure of is that if I do this upgrade will the prelude master cylinder support my rear disk's when I do the conversion?

Prelude MC is a waste of time. A big MC is of no use unless you have a big Booster. I think the 90-93 Integra MC and Booster is a better choice, and obviously supports disc brakes (as long as you use the Integra prop valve).
