Default Help No Running lights! Not typical problem! D4 out also!

OK so i have a 2000 prelude Base with 48k Original miles. It is not driven much only in summertime. I have had zero problems with this car and yesterday when i went to bring it for its monthly drive i noticed everyone was honking at me. Why? my running lights were not working. The car has not been touched besides a oil change last week where it was lifted up. Im assuming maybe that caused this? I tested every fuse from the front of the car to the back of the car with a test light and everything light up fine. There is no power going to the dash running lights or jdm fogs becasue i tested the power at the fuse for the jdm fogs and it did not light up. I removed the fuse box cover and the cover around the hood pull latch and wiggled the wires around a bit hoping it would come on but nothing... Any ideas or is honda going to have to bend me over a barrel on this? so odd since the car has such low mileage. Any help would be great since now its night useless. Also i tested the switch and the switch works on the steering wheel its not broken. please help!

i also noticed my D4 light is out also!

I would go and check all the fuses first,

do the head lights work?
do the brake lights work?
or are all lights not working outside the car?

non the less I would first look into fuses

1. Yes
2 Yes
I tested all fuses front and back with a test light.

Possible solutions;
Loose connectors at the main junction box(fuse box)
Bad main switch(Headlight)

When you say main box you mean the one at the engine bay? Everything is tight and looks brand new. Same with the box inside near the steering wheel, although i cant really get behind the one under the steering wheel very easily there is rubber it looks like and feels like some kind of skin, that is covering whats look like grounds that i shook around to see if it was perhaps a ground. I have been troubleshooting this thing since my brithday last week when i noticed and its driving me nuts. if honda did not get 135 a hour for labor i would have them look at it... Hopefully thats my last resort.

I had tested the headlight switch and my uncle who is a mechanic (not honda or electrical) told me it was ok.. Its so odd the car was lifted up and came back down off the lift and that was the last it was moved. did not hit potholes anything like that.

Try unplugging and re plug the sub harness for the headlights, which goes from the driver side kick panel to the light switch.

Also , do not touch that cluster of what looks like grounds. It's actually a Diode which controls current to flow in one direction.

OK tried that just messed with it 2 more hours.... Nothing... Where the fog lights go in i noticed slot 1 plug(in fuse box) has no power but slot 2 does. If i switch the plug to the other slot the fogs come on but no running lights and thats not right anywyay cuz the fogs are only supposed to come on when you turn the light switch to running lights not just being plugged in... Im starting to think perhaps i have a short behind the fuse box? and honda wrapped these damn wires and clips so damn tight its nearly impossible to mess with them. this sucks

also thank everyone who replied so far, and i didnt mess with those black what i thought were ground wires(Diode).

If possible does anyone have the wiring diagram of the fuse box ?

And is there a way to remove the fuse box as to be able to get to the wiring behind it? I can see any burnt wires or anything and been wiggling all the harnesses hoping to hear the lights on bell ring.. eh its 6 am been at this all night... figures first thing ever to go wrong on a 48k mile car is the damn electrical....

If you have access to a new light switch, try that.
