CROME PRO not logging a/f
hello all. I recently purchase crome pro. I'm able to log where the map however I can't log the a/f. Can some one please help me.
Trouble shooting performed:
* I have 2 p28 chipped and data log ready. still no luck
* I have 2 wideband (PLX M300 and Innovate LM2). still no luck.
* I triple check my connection to D14. still no luck.
Please advise.

What are your settings Under the File / Settings / Tunner Logging (Tab)?
Lambda Conversion table

Lambda: ____ - ____ L
Engine Speed: ____ - ____ rpm
Engine Load: ____ - ____ mbar
Water Temp: ____ - ____ °C/°F

Question is where is your engine/car running while you are trying to log?
Is your throttle between 5% - 100%
Are your AFR's/Lambda readings between 0.80 (11.8 AFR) and 1.20 (17.6 AFR)
Is your engine RPM between 0 - 11000 rpm?
Engine load between 0 - 3000 mbar?
Coolant temp between 140°F & 194°F?
Are you in gears 2, 3 or 4?
If you are trying to log AFR's while at idle and/or your running as lean as you show above (17.62). You won't log any data with the default settings.
If you want to log idle and a larger range of AFRs. You need to change your gears to read 0 1 2 3 4 5, your TPS to 1% - 100% and your lambda to 0.5 - 1.50.
You could also change your coolant temp to a lower range as well if you want to log data from a cold engine. Change the 60°C to 0°C if you want. Changing these setting will not harm your engine. It will just increase the range of data that you log.

Sounds like it is an issue with ether your wideband wiring/controller improper voltage or your running extremely lean.
You said you are only seeing 2.5v... The O2 voltage on the log you posted shows it at 3.84v. 3.84v is the maximum voltage that the OEM ECU will read through the D14 O2 circuit. This would be why you are only logging 17.66 AFRs. Your WBO2 voltage output is probably higher than 3.84v.
You have a short/open in your signal wire from the wideband O2 or have a constant 5v going to D14. If everything is wired up and running properly, you are running lean.
What wire are you running to D14?

I'm using the white color from my wideband plx m300.
Correction:
Using multimeter again my reading is 2.25v and a/f mixture on my plx screen is about 14.4.

Under the Tuner logging tab try using a custom lambda conversion table. Seems like something is off there.
Select MoTeC PLM as the conversion device and change the values in the provided tables.
Change it from this;
0.00 - 7.35
4.5 - 22.05
To this
0.00 - 10.00
5.00 - 20.00
All you have to do to change the values is click on the Cell and change the numbers with your keyboard.
