I searched for low boosted 250+ hp build and I found this 1. It looks like a pretty solid setup up. I want to copy it, maybe change it some. It's ok to be a copy cat as long as its safe, reliable and it works right? Also can I run this setup on an open deck h22a4?

His running 250whp @5.5psi lowest boost. I know that setup has so much potential but for daily driver its good. Or is it a little overkill?

THat's pretty overkill. The turbo is fine (except the WRONG A/R housing for that turbine wheel). You don't need any of the valvetrain to do that. You can do that for a stock engine. The rods/pistons would only be needed (with sleeving) to do more than 300+whp

Exactly you can make your power goal on a completely stock engine. Keep it simple and save your money. Invest in good tuning.
