I have a H23A Vtec bluetop with a PCB head + open deck. It seems to be the auto engine and I researched that its STOCK rev limit is 6200 - 6300. What can I do to increase the rev limit? I was thinking to go for the KIM Engineering Valvetrian kit for $615 + roller Rockers + and a good camshaft.
Can anyone give me good advice than this planned setup?

 

Another question does anyone know where I can get some Race crank main caps 55mm. If not, how much can the OEM main cap handle horsepower? I was looking into the Brian Crower stroker package and was thinking going with some 12:1 pistons for a ITB setup. Is the Balance shaft neccessary? Will the Crank be balance to function independently with the balance shaft?
