MY 67MM INTEGRA
bought this car a couple years back with the intention of making it something i would be happy with driving everyday and catching a few runs here and there. but turn into something else really fast. i decided to turbo charge the car and move forward with a stronger block.
i then approached jason @ whitfield company for some help, decided to tow my integra to his shop for some finishing touches and a tune. i left happy with low 400 wheel horsepower at 12 psi as this was just a car i wanted to have fun with. after a couple months i needed more power as san diego is infested with cocky mustang owners i wanted more power. i decided to make the switch to E85 as a local gas station had just received it.
we put it back on the rollers and made 460 just making the switch of 91 octane to E85. i was very impress with the results but we could not move forward as the walbro 255 and ID1000's where maxed out. after a couple of months i wanted more power and upgraded my fuel system added an aeromotive 340 intank and a bosh 044 inline with -6 fuel lines.
it went back on the dyno with a goal of 600hp but came up short 11hp 589 @ 24psi. i was stubburn on the "600hp" club. but i was having ignition problems thats when i decided i need to step up my ignition system, went ahead an ordered a hondata cpr from whitfield company man i waited almost 5 months for that box hondata kept delaying the release, finally we had the box and we hit the dyno and wow man seen the results i wanted made 618hp on 22 psi i was very happy! but after a year of 600+ hp its time for a new turbo set up.. 700+ is my goal for 2013.
i will post updated pictures of new turbo and manifold being built as we speak

Sup, I think we have ran into each other quite a few times at the track in the last couple of years. Are you using pump e85 or packaged? Also have you considered using any other fuel, as you know, ethanol swell ID's up. The only thing I see from your setup to hold you back on making 700hp is the turbo. I have the same turbo as you but in journal beaing and was cut short of 600hp cuz my tuner didn't think the turbo would be able to handle anymore boost. He said the Garrett journal stuff can not handle as much as the BB stuff, and both obviously can't handle as much as the newer billet technology. Anyhow, car looks good, good luck, and hope to see you at the track again.
Ethanol do not swell ID's Id's swell from oxygenated fuels IE: FTW, Q16 not E85. E85 if left sitting to long can RUST the injectors as it pulls in moisture
sorry for the delay on my updates but im still waiting on pictures. i recently made the switch from pump e85 to FTW fuel. seen huge gains but my turbo ran out of breath and my fuel system was not supporting the extra amount of fuel FTW purple needed. i also ordered a Comp Turbo t3 6765

My method of thinking told me to buy a 67mm turbo instead of a 62mm for the FIS class. I am thinking of long term goals and I do not want to buy a turbo again, when I can just do it once. This car has no weight reduction at all with the except of the removal of the rear bumper support. It even has cruise control, which I used on my way to work every once in a while. When we ran in Bakersfield, that was my second time out on the car. I'll see you at Las Vegas, come by and say whats up, and maybe we can line up for a rematch.
