I was driving m car the other day and I put my foot down and i didnt hear any VTEC. I got up to 6000 rmp but i didnt hear anything. Your supposed to hear it right? Its a F23 and its VTEC How do i get it to work?

If it's stock you probably won't hear it, and if it pulled up to 6K rpm without any difficulty then it probably is working fine.

 

Alright thanks.. And as i was doing that I looked in the mirror and i saw white smoke from the car.. Do you have any ideas on what would cause that?

 

White smoke is coolant. White smoke is bad. Very bad.

Blue smoke is oil.

Black smoke is fuel.

 

When your car is in vtec it will be running rich and this means more smoke than normal. If it wasn't a ridiculous amount of smoke then you're fine.
