fuel pump primes but when cranking no gas? wtf
91 da, walbro 255 not even 3 months old also new main relay & yes it clicks 3 times engine lite comes on for 2 seconds fuel pump primes but while cranking theres absolutly no fuel coming out. I have fuel line unhooked at fuel filter. any ideas?
What's the condition of your fuel filter, last time been changed? When it last ran, how did it run?
Edit: is fuel coming out when u disconnected at the filter and primed it?

yes it flows out the filter like a **** when it primes then when I procede to start it it flows nothing.
Why would the pump work in the prime postion yet not work when trying to start is what im gettin at makes no damn sence
I also have a new ignition switch too
totally.didnt answer your question, the car was running fine for 4 months, fuel filter is 6months old then out of blue car would not accelarate just bog then it died...

I'd like to know what your fuel pressure is. If it primes then you should at least get the car to start then stall. Seems like the problem is between the filter and the injectors but don't want to rule anything else out. Check your lines for leaks and the fuses.
sorry, " lack of info" yes it will fire for half a second then die, cuz it runs off what the pump primed &.50 psi is my fuel pressure then on the start position it drops way off
to: rootz ek im in the garage now trying to hot the pump to see if it will run lookin for which wire tho under the seat?

i have now tried
new main relay
new key switch
took out the RC inj & returned to stock with resistor box
swapped ecu
hot wired the pump
belt timing checked
What the F**k. ........ I have had enuf

the main relay is likely not seeing power from the ignition switch, or there is a break in the wiring from the main relay and the ecm on the starter circuit of the main relay.
the power feed from the starter to the main relay is fused. have you checked all fuses? don't just eyeball them. if they are good, you want to check for power at the main relay with the key in start. unfortunately i don't have a pin out of the relay so you'll need to obtain that to find which pin to probe.
here is a great write up on the main relay and its function at all keyed positions.
you want to scroll down to diagram 4 to get an idea of what's going on

with a pin out of the relay, you should have everything you need to solve the issue

91 Integra PGM-FI Main Relay wiring is...
Black - ground
Black/yellow - 12V+, ign.1, hot in run and start, fuse 24 -15A under dash fuse box.
Yellow/black(1) - injector relays output, hot in run and start, from fuse 38.
Yellow/white - 12V+, hot at all times, fuse 38 -10A, engine bay fuse box.
Blue/white - 12V+, hot when cranking to start only, fuse 18 - 7.5A under dash fuse box.
Green/black - fuel pump relay control from ECU/ECM, [ground].
Yellow/black(2) - 12V+ fuel pump relays output, hot when ECU/ECM supplies ground to fuel pump relay, [during priming and running].
It sounds to me like the ECU/ECM is not supplying the ground for the fuel pump relay once engine has started.
There should actually be four(4) clicks from the PGM-FI Main Relay...
First click is the injector relay turning on.
Second click is the fuel pump relay turning on.
Third click is the fuel pump relay turning off, after priming.
Forth click is the fuel pump relay turning back on as engine is starting.
I am guessing the forth click is not happening.
To confirm, use a jumper, [paperclip] to connect the black and the green/black at the PGM-FI Main Relay, install jumper into the back of the PGM-FI Main Relay plug, [with the relay plugged in.
You should get two(2) clicks and fuel pump should continue to "prime", try and start engine.
FYI, the first and second clicks from the PGM-FI Main Relay are very close together and can easly be confused as one click, however, if the fuel pump primes for no more then a few sec. and then turns off when you hear the third click, the first two must be there. 94

Well i tried the paperclip on the back of main relay "Black to Green/Black" it just hot wired the pump but it still doesnt start i already tried the hot wire pump thing I checked all the fuses with volt meter & all good there
trying to probe the back of main relay its just i dont have a grasp of it all seeing how this thing is a busy piece

i would have suspected the ecm as well, but the op says he tried that already
op, check fuse 18 for power as well as blue/wht wire at relay with key in start as fcm has outlined

Ok, I just checked fuse 18 under the dash which is "starter signal" reading was -0.53
I then checked a constant hot next to it to be sure I had it on the right setting & I did cuz the constant read 12.28. I then probe the blue/white wire on the main relay while attempting to start, I got the same reading as fuse 18 which = -0.53

No sir, no alarm no fancy radio either
Btw, should I put power to the back of relay at the blue/white wire?

OK, simple test, unplug the starter lead from the starter motor solenoid, have someone hold the ign. key in the start position, touch the starter lead to the starter motor solenoid terminal as long as it takes to start the engine, then remove, make sure the ign. key is held in the start position even after the engine starts.
If engine keeps running, , replace the ign. switch, it's bad...

You also need to find out why fuse 18 - 7.5 amp and the green/black only has -0.53, [volts I assume] on it when cranking to start.
But do the other test first. 94

op says he'd also replaced the ign. switch
IMO, there is either a poor connection between ign. switch and fuse 18, a partially broken wire, or a bad ground. either way, some form of resistance
