Default Misfiring, Red inside my dizzy???

OK so one day I decided to wash my engine with a pressure Gun. I cover all the intake and vacuum stuff, injectors, and Egr. I let it dry for like an hour, then I drive it after 2 minutes of driving the engine died at a stop sing. It when to the normal rpm then when all the way to 0, I turn it back on and the rpms where at 100 making a misfiring. Well I make a turn back home and I star looking, well my spark plug wires where all with water. Inside the engine so I replace them with new wires and nothing. I open the dizzy and it had like red stuff all over. Do I have to replace it or can I get parts from other dizzy?? And rebuild it?? My engine its a JDM h22A obd1 with internal coil

If I had to guess you probably fried your distributor. I always wonder why people would want to risk pressure washing their car.

OK the h22A internal coil, the shaft its bad. I took the dizzy apart and the shaft its like grinding it feels hard, so I had an F series dizzy and use the F series shaft into the H. But car didn't start at all. So u put everything to TDC and the rotor doesn't point to Cil #1 it points a lil bit up. So NOW WE ALL KNOW THAT THE F SERIES SHAFT DOESN'T WORK ON THE H SERIES DIZZY. Does anyone knows what other shaft will WORK on the H22A dizzy?
