i got got the 11076 accel coil

and i was wondering what i need to do to make this work, ive been searching on google and cant seem to find anything

do i replace the internal coil with this one? or do i have to buy the msd cap? do i need a secondary box or is this coil and cap all i need?

 

I'm guessing you never looked in your distributor? That's a replacement for an internal coil.
It says that much in the description.
"Ignition Coil, Super Coil, for use on Honda®/Acura®, Internal Coil, Each"
