Default No Power in Interior/Headlights *HELP*!!

I'm in need of someone on heres help as I have "broken" my friends car in the midst of trying to fix it. I was checking for bad grounds under the hood and something sparked, I dont know where it came from though. I look inside the car and everythings dead. The headlights dont come on either. We checked and used a volt meter on all the fuses in the box under the hood, theyre all good. I checked every single fuse on the interior fuse panel, not one works, I did not however check the two relays on that fuse panel because I did not hear them clicking. My guess is something is wrong between the main fuse box and the interior fuse box..
Does anyone have any suggestions on what this may be or what to test out?
Please help me, i feel bad for doing this to my friends car just after he gets it running again. Any suggestions help.

Did you test both tabs of each hood fuse for voltage?

Voltage test the dash fuses with the light switch on or the key in ON(II).

as mentioned above, check the 80A battery fuse

then check these:

then if all of those are good, try jumping the car. if you get arcing at the posts then stop and move onto the starter. test the starter. this is going to tell you how far back you have to go. and what you've actually done. my bet is you did not clean or tighten the grounds down enough. but i may be wrong.
