Any tips to remove that ? . I sanded already but its still like rought

Doesnt look burned, looks like your clearcoat is failing. Pretty common on factory Honda paint. You said you sanded it?

looks like the clear coat is faded... if it is, you're going to have clearcoat it again. there's no way you can sand and buff that

what are you trying to accomplish? cuz at this point, you cannot sand and buff that.

it will NEED to be repainted.
simply follow the steps that has been covered over and over on this paint and body section

sand, primer, block, (maybe primer again if need be), block, paint, clear.

Yes, Its about to be repainted but I was just trying and wondering If I could get a better and smoother surface because atm its rough because the clear fading

I'll juste continue to sand and then prime it etc. ty for your help

am i reading this correctly ???

a coarse grain is not removable !! oem single stage paint oxidizes, it always does and has. that's why factories don't do it anymore.

if you sand paint with a sharp grit it goes through the clear and scratches the base coat. at that point it needs to be repainted to be gone.
