hey guys and gals need some info on the k-pro. My nephew just bought one for his RSX-B 5 speed and had it installed he paid 2200.00 for this. He is young kid doesn't really know a lot but did do some research and thought he was getting a new ecu chipped from hondata, with a warrnity and software and usb cable you know all the stuff that is suppose to come in the box. But instead he got a chip put into his old ecu or a old ecu that had been sent out to be chipped. but any how I think the chip is a fake. the software I downloaded from hondata will not recognize this chip. is there any way I can find out if it is counterfitt and prices on those chips and stuff in Canadian dollars or does any one no of a good Hondata dealer in Ontario Canada

2200 is a rip off in of itself. where did he buy it from?

 

And performance shop in ontario they just took the poor kid to the cleaners. He is to shy to ask for help and figured that a performance shop won't rip him off. And he got nothing with it no software no warranty card or registration no usb cord he got sweet f--- all.

At neetronics its like 900 bills with the labour if you provide your ecu. takes them an hour to do everything.
