Default Unplugged ECU And Battery now car wont run.

I unplugged the computer under the passengers seat and disconnected my battery when drying out my car. Now my car will start and try to idle really low but die. I didn't fully disconnect the battery I only disconnected the ground.

Oops thought I ended this... It was just my idle speed had been turned down a while ago before working on it. So it wasn't getting enough gas.
