Default 6th Gen Accord Restarting Issues

Hello,
I bought a well cared for 1998 Honda Accord v6 Coupe in December.

I've noticed that occasionally when I shut the engine off and immediately restart it won't. When it happens it looks like all the warning lights are on. I don't think it makes the clicking sound like when your battery is dead, but I turn the key over and it just won't start.

The remedy I have found is to just wait a few minutes and then it starts right up and drives perfect. A couple of times, always during one of these episodes, the engine will start but car shakes then dies. The remedy is the same, wait a few minutes and then it starts right up.

What do you think the problem is? Altenator? Battery? Ignition?

Also, I can't predict when this happens. I will test it every now and then when I stop. I'll shut the engine off and then immediately restart, sometimes more than once.

As I don't normally restart my car right after I park I can't tell how often this condition presents itself. I've never once walked out to my car and it didn't start. It's always when starting very soon after a shutoff, like 15 seconds maybe.

Being a 6th gen V6 I'll bet the trans has been changed and possibly a loose or missing grounds to the engine, body and battery. I forgot one doing the clutch and had similar problem. Undid all of the grounds and shined up the contact points and reassembled. Never had another problem.

Could be battery or starter. Things work different when they are warm.
