obd2b-obd1 conv. neptune ?s
hey everyone. im getting ready to order my "demon" from neptune, and i have a few questions that i hope i can get help with before i do.
1: they give the option of p28 and p72 obd1 ecus or what i assume are generic ecus that are obd1 labled vtec and nonvtec, my question-is there a difference between them besides the number ecu? (going nonvtec btw)
2:i have a 99 civic dx, but my intake is a 99 ex's manifold(automatic). am i going to have to get the manual intake manifold? i have read somewhere(dont hold me to this) that you can just de pin a wire from the 3 wire iacv connectors and run it like that. true or false?
any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you in advance.

1. Who is "They"? P28 and P72 are both VTEC. Most places will sell non-VTEC ECUs as well. You can run non-VTEC setups with a VTEC ECU, so if you're planning to make that change in the future you may want to get the ECU now.
2. There's a lot of info online about swapping to a 2-wire IACV. I'm not sure anyone has modified their 3-wire to work.
