Default s300 help, high iddle, ses, safe mode

Need help turned my car on the other and the check engine light is on simple fix i tought.
I have hondata s300 installed with basic gsr stock tune with certsine things turned off or slightly changed. I have a b18c1. The problem is that it has a high iddle 2000 rpm, and safe mode is on unable to go.over 4000 rpms. When ihooked up my laptop too see what the code was i was unable to comunicate with the ecu. So i eent to hondata site followed the steps and it states to fix the dtcs before continuing.
So my main question is Is it safe to use the flash codes with the s300 installed or not?

Sounds like your ECU is bad and/or a bad soldering job on the ECU. It is rare, but can happen that the S300 got fired. That is mostly the users fault.

See if you can get a good working s300 ECU to put in the car.
