Well just as the title said, the only way i can get it to move is start it in N and all that fun stuff and at the same time my speedometer stoped working and every now and then i feel a hard knock and not sure where thats comming from and all this happened the same day i noticed the knock earlier in the day and by the end of the day the other 2 came up so if anyone has any comments or knowlege to share ill would be thank full.

 

Are you getting a CEL? If so pull the codes and see if that can
help pinpoint the problem for you. Could possibly be that your
vss is dying or dead. Also are you using the correct octane
fuel cause if you are then the knocking could indicate a major
problem.

 

My CEL is always on due to my O2 sensor on the cat, and it hasnt knocked since. Would the VSS be the reason it is stuck in park? And i use 89-91, it doesnt feel like an engin knock it feels like i hit a big pot hole and ill have to wait till the morning to get code. Thanks for your imput and i hope it will help

 

Well only got 4 codes, haha 12,17,31, and 65 not a clue what 31 is talking about
