Need Help Identifying Pistons

I got these pistons and they are marked P73A but they don't look like Type R pistons at all. They are completely flat on top similar to P72 pistons. I have no idea what these are

Those do not look like factory pistons to me. The US ITR pistons I had had P73A0 on the top of the piston not where that one shows the number. Mine where also raised more in the middle than those.

Them Pistons are suspect. What does the packaging look like?

I have a set of usdm in my room. look nothing like that. def not oem

Those look like a Nippon or some other cast copy piston. But I have never seen one where the dome was milled flat like that. Gotta love mystery stuff.
