looks like just another set of forged pistons to me, no different than say cp weisco, je, or any of the top manufactures. You can get pistons from any piston manufacturer but you don't want to buy these pistons just because they say "f22" you can call a manufacturer and give them the motor specs and have them make you pistons. most companys have pistons already anyway so it wouldn't be a custom job
