Don't bump a thread you only started 90 minutes ago.
Lemme guess. The wire tuck was done at the same time as your swap?

no. the tuck was done before for my old engine. i just got a rebuilt engine. i drove it home from a friends' house and now it will not start so i am thinking the fan has somthing to do with it

You did say in the past. Never heard of a fan causing the car not to start though. Is it a crank and no start or a no crank?

you must have poor ground if the guage lights up and the radio turns on but the starter just clicks or does nothing. u need to clean or mke a new ground from the chassis to the engine. from honda they are very small and fragile grounds and tend to corrode. as for your fan you either have a plug or something crossed by the thermo housing where the fan switch is. or the fan switch plug was jumped.. there are only like 3 plugs u could have confused it with. the iacv and vtec pressure switch(if vtec), and Power Steering sensor . should be a green and blk wire plug all these sensors share the same plug and green and black wire. goodluck

Yes it cranks but doesn't start. It ran for about an hour then I got my piping done and drove it home and the next morning it didn't turn on anymore so I should have enough ground because it worked after the swap. But the fan started doing that since the first start up. And I'll switch the thermo plug with the aicv to see if that fixes the fan issue. I have a CEL for thermo having too much voltage or sothong like that
