Default Brake problems

I hope i dont lose everyone but here we go.

I changed my pads and rotors in my 96 civic ex now when i brake going backwards it shakes and makes an aweful noise also when driving and braking regularly the passanger side seems to only hit the rotor at a certain spot.

I did not bleed the lines i wouldnt think it would cause all this problems but if i knew what it was i wouldnt be posting this

Lastly i did have to shave down the pads due to them being to big to fit under the caliber it was done with a belt sander

Urg. You should not have had to grind down anything.

The caliper piston? Just sounds like he simply swapped out pads.

Well i had ordered the pads and rotors from 1AAuto and they cleare it a little but needed about .1MM to clear it. I had followed a how to on here when doing it and followed it step by step except for bleeding the lines

I swappe the rotors and pads i compressed the piston when putting it back in but it still didnt clear it by a little bit so i shaved the pads so the caliber would clear it and bolt back into place i think the only thing i forgot was to bleed the lines

I have never heard of having to shave the pads, are you sure they were the right pads?
