I hav a 94 civic coupe non abs discs in front drums in back and my driver side front brake was grabbing I put new rotors, caliper, pads and lines on both side and the brake os still grabbing does anyone know why this would be?

 

Did you clean the coating off the rotors? Is all the air out of the lines?

 

What do you mean it's grabbing ? How did you confirm this ?

 

Might have a flap on the inside rubber brake hose acting as a one way valve caused by letting your caliper hang each time you do a brake job.

 

I just replaced the brake lines but I was told I moght need to bleed or need a new master cylinder.

 

The metal line could be restricted and might need replacing. When you replaced the rubber lines did you twist them? There is a ridge or line so you know if twisted. That could course a kink.
