obd 1 to 0 conversion is it worth the hassle
my LX 4 door blew up on the freeway this morning...
and with my CRX in the garage with the whole suspension off I need to get a motor in my LX within the week..
the closest thing I found is a 92 1.5 CX motor.
is it worth the hassle to try to put that in..
what needs to be done to get it to run Obd 0
or should I convert it to obd 1
all help greatly apreciated

If you just want a running car, I believe you can transfer your obd0 injectors, distributor from your old motor to the new one and it should work...
yea but then I need to get a mpfi obd 0 distributor and injectors to get the cx to work right...
Im not sure if its worth the hassle.....

just buy a ZC or an SI motor..
either way, you still have to convert to mpfi...stick with the non obd and should work for now. No big difference running it obd1 anyway, unless you plan on adding more mods to that CX motor. If you think you're getting a newer B series motor in the future or anytime soon, then go obd1.

What year is the lx? Instead of doing a multipoint swap, could you put the Dp intake manifold off the old motor on the new motor? I'm not to familiar with sohc motors so forgive me if I'm way off.

yea just put the lx intake on the other motor and roll with it. will work just fine.
just use the head and block from the cx motor. transfer everything else from lx to the cx motor. it'll work. I've done it with 93 dx motor.
