Default heavy brakes problem

hello people, i'm new here and i got a quick question!!

just got an auto 98 civic ex coupe the other day, i wanted a manual but sadly ...anyway, i realized that the brake felt really heavy and i was wondering if it would be different if i replaced with new brakes?

i press the brakes half way and it's already bout to stop, am i just too used to other cars' brakes?

I'm going to play stupid on purpose.
What's wrong with the rotors? Are they out of spec? Do you know what the spec even is?

You mean the brakes are too good?

Bigger MC/smaller booster, or a bleed valve between the vacuum check valve and the booster will sort that 'problem' out.
