Im thinking i might have some dash lights out but im not sure. I have a 99 4 door civic with an auto. its a VP. When i turn the key to on the only lights i get are-battery- oil- and break (if its set) and then parking and D4 for a few seconds(is the D4 light the fuel pump priming?). No CEL or SRS light. I know that the srs plug behind it is unpluged (its yellow right) the air bags in the car are gone(been wrecked) I just want to be sure im not throwing any codes so the car will be reliable to me. But I have never seen CEL turn on. I just got the car so someone might have pulled the bulb or the wire. Thanks for your help

 

CEO light should always be on for a few seconds when key is turned to on position. take off the cluster and check of the bulb is in there. 2 screws on top of trim. and 3 on cluster
