92 eg hatch with an ls swap stays on after I remove the key here a slight buzzing under the hood have to kill the car manually then disconnect the battery. Something is staying on and drawing power if I don't. Please help!

 

Previous owner had a kill switch I guess. Also turn signals don't work but hazards do. And the gauge cluster quit working

 

Could be anything. What wires have been hacked up?

 

None that's the weird thing. Changed the ignition harness cuz that's what I thought could be wrong changed the cluster. Thought it was the fuel pump hard wired

 

Doubtful. At the very least you need to remove that kill switch and test the ignition switch. And the fuel pump is hard wired?

 

I thought that might have been the problem but it doesn't run. I guess I'll just start testing every wire and go from there

 

also pull your starter and and test it. could be a short in it... if the starter is fine, then you could have a short, bad ground, blown fuse, anything
