The starter kill is easy. Since no one else has responded I gues I will. There is a plug going to your fuse box that has three wires going to it. You need to find the one wire that your car will not start without and run a loop with a switch in it. It is mostly trial and error. A test light will help greatly in this task. It is recomended to disconect your battery so you dont blow any fuses. It is up to you were you want to mount your switch.

Another thing you can do is pull your ecu every night, it helped prevent the total theft of one of my freinds car. The ended up stealing it anyways but all they did is bumo it with another car down the street and take his hood and wing and corner lights (pretty pethitic) the things the **** sticks do for money. Had the ecu been in it, they would have got his swap and all but luckily the didnt know the ecu was gone. Another one of my freinds completely will undo the distributor plugs at night.

I am pretty sure though already no what to look for , but if you have enought deterants hopefully they will leave your car alone, and if not hopefully it takes them too long and you catch them.

Great Dane / American Bulldog mix. 125 pounds of pissed-off terror. He usually sleeps in the garage and doesn't play well with others, and then the wifes dog barks at anything. The newspaper guy actually leaves our paper at the neighbors.
Add that to an alarm, and some "extras".
In my past vehicles, I've done a starter kill, razor blades on the radio (DNA purposes) and anything else I can think of. Your best bet is still having the appropriate insurance to cover your losses. If they want it bad enough, they'll find a way.

EDIT: It is my opinion that no matter what you do, if someone wants your stuff bad enough, it will be taken. No matter what.

I'd personally recommend everyone to plant razor blades in certain spots. We've got that DNA database thing going now, why not use it. Someone jacks my car, leaves a spot of blood, cops run it and (if he's a prior felon) come back with his name and last known address. Can't beat that. I bought a box of these funky blades at Menards years back. They're about 4 inches long and the blade is on both sides. Hot glue a couple of those under your dash and let a thief grab it and pull . Just please map where you have them so they can be removed when you sell the car.
Also, don't go showing your stuff to people you don't know. PERIOD. Rumors (and truths) spread fast regarding who has what. Keep your hood and mouth closed and the racing at the track.

2 autolocks, a club, python alarm, a guard dog, a sniper, a little midget named Tony, a snake, snap-off steering wheel, and four police boots. That should do it, or will it?

Re: Theft prevention tips for an eg owner..... (XxB20xX)
Things to get before going to civic theft capital of the world (well maybe besides CA) Toronto
1) An alarm
2) I have 2 kill switches
3) I have a club
4) Autoloc
5) Snap off steering wheel
5) taking ECU out when parked overnight
6) Worst case scenario disconecting the distributor plugs and locking the hood down (I have locking hood pins).
I might seem excessive but I will not get the money back that I put into this car and I have to go to T.O. to get my wife and son in March/April so I'm taking the necessary precautions because I would hate to drive up for a few days only to bus back without a vehicle.
Also i had another vehicle stolen from me while visiting up there so I am not going unprepared this time.

1. Autolock? Don't need no sticking brake. Cut brake lines, and use Ebrake to get around and slow down. Smart thieves already have a tow truck down the street, or a designated place to stash the car.
2. Club's can be sawed off
3. Python alarm? Even an elementary kid can bypass that.
4. Smart thieves carry beef jerky.
5. Smarter thieves carry guns too.
6. Thieves come in various sizes as well.
7. What's a snake going to do?
8. Snap ON steering wheel. Or monkey wrench.
9. Two wheel dollies and a two truck.
Sorry, you've just been jacked. :D
*Just playing with ya. I'm just illustrating the many ways a thief can jack your ****.* Best bet would be to make sure you have the proper amount of insurance coverage.

I know if they really want it they'll get it but this is to deter amatuers. Naturally the quickest way to get any car is to flatbed it away. Then it really doesn't matter what you have.

do any of you guys remember the first Robocop movie? with the commercial about the anti-theft device? The thief breaks into the car and when he gets into the seat, these bars wrap around him and shocks the crap out of him? And the narrator guy just gets into the car and drives away...
Yeah... get one of those.

if they want it they can get it, plain and simple. my way of sleeping well at night is that i have a glock 9, pager alarm system, interior sensors, fuel and ignition kill, 3 wheel locks per wheel, and threadlocker even on the valvecaps. soon i'll have the club and autolock and besides everyone in my town knows ill go apeshit if someone ***** with my car.
