NGK or E3?
I was over at crappy tire this morning grabbing some tasimo (weird i know, but its close to the house) anyways i was looking at spark plugs and wires, as thats my project for the day. NGK or E3 for the plugs?
as far as the wires go, i'll most likely stick with NGK.

I've always used nothing but NGK's in my Honda's and I've probably had 10 of them over the years and have never had an issue with NGK plugs or wires. I've never tried the E3's but if it ain't broke, don't fix it.
E3's are junk ...... all those plugs with more then one electrode to arch to or platmiumm plugs are all junk.... All motors have a specific plug that works best and NGK is best for any honda motor.

NGK. My co-worker ran E3's with no problem but I'm warry about running them in any car. Just my opinion.
I use coppers in my civic. check the gapping before instalation, the V-powers ang G-powers are sometimes off a little.

In my year of selling car parts I sold a total of 4 E3s. The person who bought them was back a week later for some Delcos for his Chevy. E3s are trash. I wouldnt even take them if they were free. Same goes for anything with a a multitip top.
Buy what the manual recommends. The manufacturer recommends it for a reason.

Not only that, but NGKs for our Civics are so bloody inexpensive already that considering anything else BUT the Honda-recommended brands (NGK or DENSO) would be a doubly foolishly unwise investment.
