Default what are the best spark plugs???

I'm planning on putting new spark plugs in my eg this weekend and I need to know which ones to buy. I'm runnin' NGK in the coupe now. Also I was wondering if I were to buy aftermarket spark plug wires would it be worth it and if so which ones. Thanks

I run NGK plugs and Bosch wires on my gf's 98 ex. If you have money to burn, get the Denso ones, there is a version that is like $13 per plug.

I just put in NGK wires with stock NGK plugs. Runs very smooth. No need to get some crazy spark plugs, stick with stock. Stock is your friend!

what is the best type of ngk you can buy? and if you have higher compression and a built motor how much farther can you open the gap safely?

um..
spark plugs won't give you much of a difference.
the wires would help you more though..

the only benefit i see, from getting some platinum-tipped "high performance" plugs is that they last alot longer than the stock plugs.

and yes, i do know that the high-performance drag cars/cars with alot of power NEED these plugs.

BUt anyways, the wires should give you better response and do more than the plug itself.
