Default 94 Integra LS Auto to Manual Swap (Issues)

So I finished my Auto to Manual swap and the first LS Transmission somehow blew one of the gears through the bottom of the Transmission case before the wheels ever touched the ground (sad face..)

Sucked it up and bought a GSR Transmission($500..) and put everything back together now I'm having some issues..

- Resistance when trying to shift gears while the car is running, no resistance when car is off
- While in gear and clutch to the floor the car will begin to move
- Ticking/Scrubbing lots of chatter coming from the Transmission
- While in motion seems to shift okay after 1st, but still lots of noise

We have bled the Clutch lines 3 times, no air coming out at all solid stream of Brake Fluid.. We also tried adjusting the Slave Cylinder so the Fork would be pushed further out but was no dice, the fork is reaching full extension from what I can see..

- GSR Transmission
- New Master/Slave Cylinder
- New Pilot/Release Bearing
- Used ACT 6 Puck unsprung clutch
- Used OEM LS Flywheel

I've made a video to give you an idea of what the car sounds/feels like.. If you have any ideas please let me know I am doing all I can to get my baby back on the road!

Did you adjust the pushrod on the master cylinder under the dash? Also, you've got an absolutely destroyed bearing in that trans somewhere (most likely the input shaft bearing)
