automatic to manual swap
I'm trying to get as much info as possible on this auto to manual swap on my 94 Civic DX. Like parts I need(if done myself),and how-to's, and price? If done by a shop, just wonder'n what cost, and if anyone from Sacramento,California knows of a shop that would do it in the area.
P.S. It will be done, I'm not going to just sell it and buy a new car. Because I'm **** like that.

Dude first you should of searched, but since you did't I'll be nice just this once. You will need a tranni, shift link, mounts, starter, pedal assembly, clutch hardlines, clutch master and clutch slave cylinder, flywheel, clutch and pressure plate, and all hardware. YOu will also need to rewire some stuff but You can search on that one . Oh yeah on yours you will either need to reweld your passenger mount or buy a hasport one. I just recently done mine and it was cake. Have fun and goodluck. Oh yeah get a manaul ecu!!

Re: automatic to manual swap
Thanks For the great info, it looks like an easy task. Just the whole parts list looks the hardest to gather.
Purchasing a manual helped alot. So did you guys, and thanks for that!!!
P.S. When I get the money I'll most likely do it on my own and get the steps down and pics. and hopefully the prices if I remember.

well in retrospect... i would have either just bought a 5 spd vehicle or waited to swap and do the conversion at the same time.....
definitely a lot of work...

Re: (Kenshin!)
If you guys still need stuff for your swap I might be able to get it. Just tell what you need. I manage to get all my stuff from a local junk yard and a friend I did a swap for.
