Default oil light flashing after obd1 swap into 90 teg

Ok so i took the obd1 b16 out of my sel sol and swPped it into the obd0 integra. I am using rywire jumper harnesses and the obd0 wiring harness. The oil light NEVERA CAME ON IN THE DEL SOL EVER. I am using a digital oil pressure gauge. And i also checked the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge. I have been drivingthe car. Made a couple runs last night with it. Oil level is full. I just put fresh filter and oil in when i dropped it in the integra. Oil has always been changed with mobil 1 10/30 until this time i used 5/30 mobil 1 and wix filter.
Sometimes it doesnt come on but it was on all night last night. Like i said i check the pressure manually with a mechanical gauge. My digital gauge it tapped into my sandwich plate like it has always been.

Any advice? Car does not burn leak any fluids and my pil psi and temp gauges always read normal.

I believe they are wired the same as the third generation accord, those cars have an additional circuit, that circuit detects brief drops in oil pressure from the switch, then it triggers an additional ground that causes the light to flash instead of being on continous, find the wire that went to the original oil presure sender and see if its grounded out, I have a book somewhere ill see if I can find it

The wire coming into the engine compartment for the pressure switch will probably be yellow with a red stripe

Oil pressure switch only has one wire going to it right...so if i was to unplug that one wire prong.should the light stay on, flash or not come on at all?

if you unplugged the switch the light shouldn't come on, on the original ecu it also was a signal that the engine was running, it's a simple circuit, the light gets 12 volts plus from the cluster, the switch grounds with no pressure, the flasher circuit is an additional circuit tied into the wire from the pressure switch, if it's wired like many early honda stuff, it's a multifunction box under the dash, the box has several circuits in it, i believe your teg has alternating corner flashers like the third gen accord, if i remember right, that circuit is also in that box, the oil flasher circuit is a logic circuit, it sees 12 volts positive from the alternator warning light circuit, when the engine is running, when it has 12 volts plus, and it detects even a brief ground from the pressure warning light circuit, the box causes a pulsing ground to the same warning light wire, this is locked in until the ignition is switched on and off

Ahhgotchya.. yeah i beleive it to be wiring issue because my tps wiringwas messed up when i got the car and i ended up putting a known good engine harness in and that fixed the tps wiring issue.

i cant find my book with the wiring diagram only my 94 and up book, if you can find a wiring diagram i can help you more, if you unplug the sensor, and it stays flashing, then you have that switch wire shorted, i guess start following it, maby the harness has some obvious damage, those underhood wires get brittle and sometimes the insulation cracks where they bend

ok you are going to have to look for the multi function module, it's a gray or black box with one large connector plugged into it, it's probably under the radio in the center of the dash, wire colors coming into it will be white/blue white/blue blue/yellow green/red /green/blue yellow/red green/blue green/yellow green/white green/red red/blue blue/white orange black

first disconnect the oil pressure switch under the hood, is the oil pressure warning light on the dash on? if it is you have a short, if it's off, start the car, does it flash now? if it does you may have a short in the wire from the module or it may be defective, locate the module and unplug it, check the yellow/red wire at the plug to ground, if you have coninuity, theres a short from the oil pressure switch into the harness, if there is no continuity then the module is defective, if you short the yellow/red wire to ground with the key on, the oil pressure light should come on
