found Rc 310's out of b16a2 will they fit my car

Found these local $150 for everything aem rail r.c 310 cc injectors and regulator. will they work for my manifold

No. Rails are specific and you cannot just drop in larger injectors without some sort of tune.

Why wont they, is it just the rail issue ? im trying to get everything together for my turbo setup i was hoping these would work

What part of "rails are specific" is tripping you up? What part of "you'll need a tune to run bigger injectors" aren't you getting? You can use the injectors on your turbo build but not the rail.
