picked up this car for cheap, motor runs. passenger front wheel is locked up? inspected the caliper everything is good but still won't spin even with caliper off. axle looks messed up boots are ripped and feels loose at the joint. could it be my wheel bearing seized or axle binded up?

 

Or is the transmission busted? because it goes into gear fine clutch feels good, but when i try to drive forward wheel won't move on passenger side but the car feels like it wants to move

 

Pull the axle out and try spinning the tire. You'll have your answer. My bet is on a seized wheel bearing
