Seriously?

That's the power steering pump. I guarantee that's in your manual.

What the hell is a Christmas noob? Using some intuition you could have easily noticed the hoses leading to the power steering rack.

UPDATE: okay so i went to the local autozone and asked how much a new power steering pump 120$!!!! and so im thinking im not paying that much for a good working power steering pump when its only leaking fluid from the gaskets and so he said well we do have a seal gasket rebuild kit for the power steering pump thank god its only 17.99$ now my question is from what the picture shows theirs not a gasket for the place where my power steering pump is leaking from, or what the hell do i know maybe their is but i have to take it apart and find out, how hard would this be?

Its really not hard at all with the right tools and instructions (diagrams included, maybe a youtube video, those help a lot).

Do a youtube search for your model accord. Here's a video right here on how to remove it,

Look up the Honda manual for your year accord, they should be in PDF format. You can download it here but I think you have to register (its free),

I cant advise you on gasket vs new pump. However, I can tell you if that is your alternator under the pump(like my 92 accord) and you dont fix the leak, you will be replacing your alternator. I had to learn the hard way.
