Can have stagger rims on a 99 crv with the allwheel drive
wazup ppl i got a 99 crv and i was wondering if i go 18x9 and 18x10 would it affect the differential or the all wheel drive in any way possible
so much bad information on this out there, mostly from tire shops and such. with the simple mechanical system we have here i dont see how it would hurt you. worst case if you are paranoid just select tires that will have the same height or run square tires and you are good no matter what sort of 4wd vehicle you have. wheel sizes are irrelevant its tire size that can get you on certain 4wd systems.
i drove on my 350z's wheels for a minute, took them off because they looked like ****, but they ran just fine.

Shouldn't be a problem as long as the diameter of the tires are the same. The problem you're going to have is wheel poke
