So in the process of making my fully functioning properly jdm cluster into a usdm hybrid piece, I've apparently messed something up good. From the JDM cluster I removed all needles and gauges faces along with the odometer and replaced everything with USDM parts in order to have black faces that read in MPH with red needles. The job wasn't easy as these clusters are a lot more different than you would think. Either way I slapped everything together and now the only things functioning are the odometer, turn signals, and warning lights..none of the needles work..the rpm stays at 3k, the speedo at 40mph, and the temp pinned at full hot.

 

Should have never removed the needles. I have always had bad luck when I have. I am afraid you might be sol

 

I've removed needles in the past without issue, that's why this is driving me nuts.

 

I was told to NEVER remove the needles. Maybe you lucked out before.

 

I've seen custom gauges by the **** ton, that can't be fact

 

For example, when I installed the srs light from the usdm to put in my jdm cluster the needles have to come out and the cluster functioned fine
