eg6 gauge cluster question

Default eg6 gauge cluster question

just got it and put it in my 95 coupe, do these things not dim with your dimmer switch? my heater controls still dim but my new cluster doesnt, just wonderin if its all good or there is a problem, thanks

Correct. If yours dimmed then it's possible someone took the JDM gauges out and inserted them in the USDM housing. This is a possibility for the OP if you want it to dim ... though I have yet to see a write up on it, hint hint HINT HINT poke prod

Is it possible to use the green electronics from a USDM cluster on a JDM cluster to regulate that

^^^ That's what I said, basically.... JDM gauges into USDM housing w/ USDM electronics. Probably will work. Try it and DO A WRITE UP!
