Exhaust Popping when Cold/Accelerating Engine dies when parking HELP !!!



Ok I have a 96 Civic DX sedan with a y7 block / y8 head. run perfect . Until one day I started my car drove a bit then turned my car loss power and all i can hear is popping til 3rd gear . A friend on mind said it was a a bad Ignition coil,spark plug and wires . so got them replaced but still had the same problem.

Also one day I bent my exhaust so it was hit my rear right wheel so I took it out . now im running with no exhaust ( problem got more worst ) popping even cold / hot engine.



help !!! any tips too to avoid this
